Setting Up Compensation on the BD FACSLyricTM

Newer flow cytometers have many features that automate the daily quality control measurements and standardize instrument setup. These advances in technology ensure high quality results. However, with the increasing number of fluorochromes and detectors used on these new platforms, the default settings may not be optimal for some lab developed multi-color panels. This webinar will cover tips and tricks that were included in the recently released ICCS Module 24: "User’s Guide for establishing appropriate Compensation Settings for Lab Develop Tests on the BD FACSLyricTM". This module discusses steps that may be useful for setting up compensation on the 12-Color BD FACSLyricTM using FACSuiteTM RUO software.
